1. How do I purchase?

Simple! Browse through our page, find something you like and add it to your cart. Remember to check with the measurements provided. Finally proceed to the payment to finalise your purchase. 

 

2. Do you restock items?

Some items are restockable. Whenever we get a restock, we will usually announce it on our Instagram page, so do follow our page!

 

3. Where do we deliver?

We deliver to anywhere in Malaysia. As for international shipping, refer to shipping page to see if your country is listed.

4What do I do if there's a problem with my order?

We are sorry if you are experiencing a problem! Just drop us an email at dream.lenanights@gmail.com and we will try to get back to as soon as we can. 

 

5. How do I cancel an item from my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order once your order is finalised upon receiving payment. 

 

6What do I do if I received an incorrect order or missing an item ? 
We do sincerely apologise for this, just drop us an email at dream.lenanights@gmail.com and we will do our best to send it to you the soonest we can. 

 

7. How do I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we don't accept any exchange. 

 

8. How do I know if my payment went through?

Once payment is made, your order is finalised and you will receive an email from us.
